We were desperate when we visited a LeConte listing without our own agent. I contacted Kim Shaw on Saturday and she showed it to us on Sunday. She asked us what we were looking for and within a couple hours emailed us 20 other listings. We pointed out our top 7 and she had appointments for us to see 5 of them over the next 48 hours. She even entertained our last-minute ideas. Within 7 days we signed a lease on a new place that was so much better than the rentals we thought we would have to settle for.
