Sabrina has helped us buy a new home as well as rent our existing property – both at the same time.

Sabrina was our real estate agent and found us a home in rockaway. We couldn’t have been more pleased with her services. Sabrina was not only a pleasure to deal with- courteous, personable and witty- but also the consummate professional. When you’re purchasing a home, you’re really making a life altering decision. You need someone who has the ability and the experience to guide and assist you in that huge decision. You need more of a physician or coach rather than car salesman. Sabrina is that person. She understands her clients and their needs and wishes. She’s able to sort through the piles of overwhelming information that is out there and accurately suggest homes that would best fit your parameters. At the same time, at a moment’s notice, she will take a call or arrange a visit to a home you saw pop up on Trulia or you happened to drive by.

What’s more she’s extremely knowledgeable about the entire system from bidding and inspections to closings. As well has having a breadth of knowledge regarding the homes themselves, the types the styles, what’s a do it yourself and what lies in the realm of the professional.

Overall we could not have asked for a better agent. Sabrina is professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and diligent. What can be a very stressful and harrowing experience was made pleasurable and rewarding in great part because of Sabrina.
