The idea of buying a new home nevertheless our first home, seemed a daunting task until we met with Sabrina. She was able to help with every part of the home-buying process and we truly appreciative of all her help during this period. We initially heard of Sabrina’s good work from a family friend but were fortunate enough to see her work first hand.

We worked with Sabrina for the good part of 8 months from showing us different listings, negotiation process and finally closing. She was very respectful and receptive to our opinions and we felt was extremely helpful. We must have visited over 30 houses in our area and regardless of her schedule, she was able to accommodate the day and time that worked best for us. She was also welcoming of different listings that we found via other means instead of shying away from them and made sure she was able to get information regarding those listings in a timely fashion.

Towards the end of this entire process, we faced many unexpected challenges including the night before and morning of closing. Instead of standing idle, she took the initiative and was able to talk to the right people to ensure these issues were resolved in a quick fashion. We not only saved a lot of money but were allowed to have a peace of mind during the final days of this strenuous process.

We have already recommended our friends and family in our area to contact Sabrina with any questions in selling or purchasing property and would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone else in this area. We had worked with several realtors before and her expertise in the field and her compassion towards people is second to none!
